We are excited to announce that, from over 100 SoCal photographers, Carlos has been selected for the inaugural Palm Springs Preferred Small Hotel Artist-in-Residence program. Carlos will be "In Residence" at one or two local Palm Springs hotels in December and/or January. More info later!
As most of you know, New Mexico is a big part of our history, specifically Albuquerque. We've wanted to visit to see old friends and enjoy the local food. The 26th Annual Rio Grande Arts & Crafts Holiday Festival on Thanksgiving weekend has invited CARLV12 to participate. We're excited to see what has changed in ABQ!
And finally, Village Fest!
It's been a couple of years since we attended Palm Springs' weekly Thursday night event, but we'll be back starting 10/1/26. Find us on Palm Canyon Drive between Andreas and Museum Way, between 6 pm and 10 pm.

Out and About
Our 3rd quarter travels took us to San Diego, the Bay Area, and Pasadena. The Artwalk San Diego Liberty Station show takes place across the water from the airport, so discussions are frequently interrupted, and we get to guess where each plane is headed. We made 3 trips to the Bay Area; Pacific Fine Arts manages the Los Altos and Palo Alto Art & Wine Festivals, and the Los Altos Rotary hosts the Art in the Park event. On the way to the 1st Los Altos event, we made many photo stops in Bakersfield, Fresno, and small towns along the way. Finally, we participated in a new event on the beautiful streets of Playhouse Village in Pasadena.
